The Oral Dysbiosis Test studies the oral microbiome using NGS and EIA techniques, its metabolic activity, and oral markers (inflammatory, digestive, and stress-related), which can affect fertility, digestive problems, cardiovascular pathologies, etc. It will also serve as an indicator of cavities, periodontal disease, halitosis, sores or ulcers, and tartar.

  • Assess the oral microbiota, its metabolic activity, and oral markers (inflammatory, digestive, and stress-related).
  • Evaluate the predisposition to develop cavities and periodontal diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis.
  • Specific oral conditions such as halitosis, canker sores, and sores.
  • Study the relationship between oral microbiota and couple fertility.
  • MICROBIOME:
    • Socransky Pyramid assessing the red, orange, green, yellow, purple, and blue complex.
    • BACTERIOME with more than 50 genera.

    • MYCOBIOME with the identification of some fungi and yeasts.

 

  • ORAL MARKERS: saliva pH, gum pH, alpha-amylase, and secretory IgA.
  • Do not take probiotics or antibiotics 15 days before taking the sample.
  • Do not eat, chew gum, smoke, or brush your teeth 1 hour before taking the sample.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly before taking the sample.
  • Avoid samples containing blood.
