The DNA Hypermethylation test consists of an RT-PCR test that detects the methylation level of the promoter regions of the tumor suppressor genes FAM19A4 and hsa-mir124-2. The test results will allow us to discriminate the need to perform a colposcopy or other follow-up procedures.
