Teletest’s Clinical Immunology department is focused on the advanced evaluation of the immune system, integrating the study of the immune response, inflammatory activity, and immunological alterations in various clinical contexts, including infection, autoimmunity, and immune dysfunction.

Through a multidimensional analytical approach, we combine high-precision flow cytometry, serum biomarkers, and functional studies, allowing for a deep characterization of immunological status beyond conventional parameters.

Our catalog brings together a wide range of studies spanning from global profiles to highly specific analyses, including Immune Status, functional and serological studies, lymphocyte typing, and advanced immunological biomarkers, designed to provide relevant information for diagnosis, risk stratification, monitoring, and clinical decision-making.

Immune Status profiles allow for an integrated assessment of immunological activity, inflammatory response, and the functionality of key cell populations, including effector T-cell response and cytokine production. This approach is complemented by studies aimed at evaluating the humoral and cellular response against pathogens, which are fundamental for interpreting active, latent, or reactivated infections.

Analysis through lymphocyte typing provides a detailed view of the distribution, activation, and balance of the main immunological subpopulations—T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, and regulatory populations—providing key information on immune system dynamics in different clinical scenarios.

The department is completed with studies oriented towards autoimmunity, as well as profiles for inflammation and biological stress, which include markers and profiles such as Protein Status, Cytokin Status, suPAR, GDF-15 and Galectin-3. These markers allow for the evaluation of immune activation, systemic inflammation, and the patient’s biological status from a more global and integrative perspective.
