Sampling Services

We collect samples in situ through qualified technical personnel of the laboratory, following standardized protocols and guaranteeing the traceability and representativeness of each sample. The service covers matrices of microbiological and/or physicochemical origin, including:

• Water: drinking water, swimming pools, spas, industrial water, wastewater, or mains water, with special attention to the control of pathogens such as Legionella spp.
• Food: sampling of processed food products and raw materials for microbiological, chemical, or contaminant analysis.
• Work environments and surfaces: hygienic-sanitary control in kitchens, handling areas, surfaces, and utensils. Environmental microbiological controls (operating rooms, clean rooms…) to verify cleanliness.
• Food handlers: sample collection for microbiological control of skin flora (hands) and clothing, according to current regulations.
