In today’s globalized world, we are increasingly exposed to new foods from other cultures or to excessively processed classic foods. For most people, this is not a problem, but in others, the immune system can be activated and react in an exaggerated way, causing transient food sensitivity or intolerance.

The symptoms derived from the overreaction of the immune system are very varied: digestive disorders, tendency to obesity, headaches, hyperactivity, aggressiveness…

The Food Sensitivity Test or TSA allows determining the levels of immunoglobulin G (IgG4) specific to the foods in our diet.

The sample can be obtained by venous extraction or by digital puncture.
