The GNT. HLA Genetic Typing (Class I and II) or AUTOIMMUNITY analyzes genetic variants related to common autoimmune diseases and helps us improve the diagnosis of patients suffering from an autoimmune pathology or those with a family history.
- Identify the genetic predisposition to certain autoimmune diseases.
- Typify the origin of non-specific or overlapping symptoms.
Typing of HLA alleles for:
- HLA MHC I alleles: A, B, C
- HLA MHC II alleles: DPA1, DQA1, DQB1, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5.
The assessment report indicates the risk or protection alleles, along with the environmental triggers for the following diseases: Alopecia Areata, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Celiac Disease, Graves’ Disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, IgA Nephropathy, Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy, Multiple Sclerosis, Psoriasis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Vitiligo, Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Ulcerative Colitis, and Crohn’s Disease.
