The BASIC profile of the Intestinal Dysbiosis Test is the study designed as a follow-up analysis.
- Study of Microbiome functionality
- Evaluate suspicion of SIBO.
- Chronic conditions of diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, reflux, gas, and poor digestion.
- Skin alterations such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
- Evaluate food sensitivity and intestinal parasites.
- PARASITOME by NGS (>20 genera): Blastocystis, Acanthamoeba, Entamoeba, Giardia, Spironucleus, Monocercomonoides, Cyclospora, Cystoisospora, Cryptosporidium, Eimeria, Neospora, Anncaliia, Enterospora, Hepatospora, Mitosporidium, Enterocytozoon, Enterobius, Ascaris, Strongyloides, Trichuris, Necator, Ancylostoma, Anisakis, Hymenolepis, Taenia, and Fasciola.
- MICROBIOME:
BACTERIOME (>100 genera) + Bacillota/Bacteroidota Ratio, Bacteroides/Prevotella Ratio, Muconutritive/Regulatory/Proteolytic Microbiota. Species are included according to abundance. Includes the typing of Escherichia coli subspecies.

- Wait 3 weeks in case of invasive digestive explorations (colonoscopies, colon lavage), chemotherapy or surgery
- Continue your usual diet. It is important NOT to remove foods that you consume daily or overeat the day before the test
- 15 days before: do not take antibiotics or herbals (berberine, oregano oil, etc.), probiotics, prebiotics.
- 7 days before: Do not ingest stomach protectors
- 3 days before: Avoid consuming supplements (enzymes, vitamins, minerals).
