In the Intestinal Dysbiosis Test. Complete Markers, intestinal markers associated with inflammatory, infectious, permeability, and digestion pathologies are evaluated as a complement to the Intestinal Microbiome.

  • INTESTINAL MARKERS:

Digestion: pH, alpha glucosidase, beta glucosidase, beta glucuronidase, elastase.

Inflammation: FOB, Gliadin IgAs, Calprotectin, Lactoferrin, b-defensin 2

Infection: IgAs, EPX, Ag Helicobacter pylori

Permeability: Zonulin, alpha 1 anti-trypsin

  • Wait 3 weeks in case of invasive digestive explorations (colonoscopies, colon lavage), chemotherapy or surgery
  • Continue your usual diet. It is important NOT to remove foods that you consume daily or overeat the day before the test
  • 15 days before: Do not ingest probiotics or antimicrobials.
  • 3 days before: Do not ingest digestive enzymes (proteases, peptidase..)
  • 3 days before: Do not ingest Glutamine, GABA. tryptophan and/or lion’s mane
  • Indicate anti-inflammatory pharmacological treatments (corticosteroids, Ibuprofen..)
