- Wait 3 weeks in case of invasive digestive explorations (colonoscopies, colon lavage), chemotherapy, or surgery.
- Continue with your usual diet. It is important NOT to remove foods that you consume daily.
- 15 days before: do not take antibiotics or herbals (berberine, oregano oil, etc.), probiotics, prebiotics, or stomach protectors.*
- 3 days before the test: Avoid consuming supplements (enzymes, vitamins, minerals).*
