The Neuroinflammation Profile is a biomarker panel for diagnostic support and monitoring of neuroimmunological diseases of the central nervous system. It includes Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibodies and MOG antibodies for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders and demyelinating diseases, along with GFAP and neurofilament light chain (NF-L) as markers of neuronal damage and glial activation.

Useful in the differential evaluation of neuroinflammatory, demyelinating, and neurodegenerative processes.
