The NK Fertility Test in blood allows us to determine the cytotoxic capacity of NK lymphocytes in peripheral blood and extrapolate the predominant populations together with their functionality at the endometrial level. An imbalance in NK lymphocyte populations and/or their cytotoxicity may be a cause of infertility (recurrent miscarriages and implantation failures).
Immunophenotype: Leu, Lymph, T Lymph, B Lymph, NK Lymph, NK subpopulations (CD16/CD56)
Cytotoxic activity: Killed cells (50:1, 25:1 and 12.5:1)
