The NK KIR Expression profile is a study that allows the typing of KIRs (Killer Cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptors) expressed in Natural Killer lymphocytes.
The identification of these receptors, as well as their interaction with HLA class I ligands, is essential to evaluate the activity of Natural Killer cells and of particular importance in the study of susceptibility, resistance, and control of diseases of inflammatory and infectious etiology, viral infections, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and reproduction.
