The Daytime Saliva Melatonin Curve is a study of circadian rhythm regulation, used to assess attention deficits and daytime sleepiness.
- Sample 1: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (ideally 8:00 AM)
- Sample 2: 10:00 to 14:00h (ideally 12:00h)
- Sample 3: 14:00 to 18:00h (ideally 16:00h)
- Sample 4: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (ideally 8:00 p.m.)
